SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before use
Always disconnect from the mains supply and allow the bulbs to cool for 10 minutes before
touching the light. The light emits a lot of heat when it is switched on.
NOTE!
If you are unsure about the installation, or experience problems, contact an authorised electrician.
The light must be connected to the mains with a plug fused for 10 Amps, unless otherwise stated.
Always be careful when handling halogen bulbs. Do not touch the naked bulb.
Before starting installation, check that the mains power supply is disconnected. Do not connect the
light to the same mains supply that powers fluorescent tubes, since the internal transformer for the
light can be damaged by inductive voltage spikes.
Read the Operating Instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
Minimum of 0.5 m to flammable material in front of the bulbs.
TECHNICAL DATA
Halogen bulbs 20W G4 (included) 12V
INSTALLATION
1.
Choose a suitable place to fit the light.
2.
The power cord has a plug for simple connection to a power outlet. No other wiring is therefore
necessary, which avoids cluttering the interior.
3.
Several lights can be connected in series by using the supplied connector. A maximum of 10 lights
can be connected together.
4.
Always disconnect from the mains supply before carrying out any maintenance on the light or
replacing bulbs.
Dimmer
The light can be connected to a dimmer. Note that the dimmer must be able to withstand an electronic
transformer in order to dim this light.
MAINTENANCE
Replacing bulbs
1.
Disconnect the mains supply.
2.
Remove the glass cover.
3.
Remove the old halogen bulb.
4.

This will shorten its life!
Cleaning
