When the lock nut is tight, place the safety strap
that is attached to the canopy around the frame
and secure the cords through the corresponding
eyelets on the bicycle trailer.

Fit the safety flag in the holder on the left-hand
side of the trailer to make the trailer more visible to
motorists.

The clear plastic rain protection can be rolled out
and secured in place with the Velcro strip.

14

You are required by law to use the battery-powered
lamps. These must be kept clean and charged. The
battery indicators on the front and rear lamps show
when the batteries need changing.
