OPERATION
Power source
This tool is designed to operate on clean, dry, compressed air at regulated pressures between 2.5
–3.5
bar. The filter, pressure regulator and lubricating unit must be mounted as close to the nozzle as possible.
IMPORTANT:
The air pressure while spraying should be 2.5
–3.5 bar. Too high or too low air pressure
can damage the tool and give an impaired result.
Before use
1.
Check the condition of the tool and replace any damaged or worn parts.
2.
Check that the trigger and nozzle work correctly.
3.
Connect the spray gun to the compressed air supply. Check the paint connection, paint container
and air hose for leakage.
4.
Suitable air pressure depends on the viscosity and characteristics of the paint. Normally the air
pressure should be 3-5 bar.
5.
Pour paint into the paint container.
