1) Activating the pattern change mode
When the MODE key is pressed, the pattern change
mode button
A
is displayed on the screen. When this
button is pressed, the pattern change mode screen is dis-
played.
2) Under the bar code mode, bar code mode display
B
is shown on the screen.
Only when the pattern replacement mode screen is dis-
played, the scanning laser is emitted from the bar code
reader to enable reading of the bar code.
Once the bar code is scanned properly, the scanning laser
from the bar code reader stops.
