7) Method of XY motor / origin sensor check

1. Display of the XY motor / origin sensor check

screen

When the XY motor / origin sensor check button

(A) is pressed on the check program screen,

the XY motor / origin sensor check screen is dis-

played.

2. XY motor / origin sensor check

According to the status of the X/Y origin sensor, the

ON/OFF condition of the sensor is displayed in the

position of B.

When the Arrow-Mark button (C) is pressed,

the X/Y motor can be driven by 0.05mm in the +/–

direction.

(Caution) 1. Using the Start SW, origin retrieval of

the X/Y motors is effected for both

shafts.
