When Jugee battery is in depleted (0 V voltage)
state, it should be re-charged as soon as possible,
and in any case within specified time for the type
of battery (see Section 4.5).

In some product packaging, there is an insulating insert
between the positive contacts of the battery and charger.
This must be removed to allow before charging can
proceed.
