Battery safety instructions
(GMDSS radio)

Under EC, European Chemical Agency (ECHA) and US, Occupational Safety and Health
Admin (OSHA) legislation this product is classified as a manufactured article, which does
not release or otherwise result in exposure to a hazardous chemical under the normal
conditions of use.

Therefore, this product is exempt from the requirement of a dedicated Material
Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

The following information is included in this manual as guided safety
