5 Adjusting How Images Appear

5.2.4.3.3 STC RANGE

This is a menu item that sets the distance of the STC and TVG (MID) changeover points.

Operating Procedure

Press the keys "7

4" to go to STC RANGE

In the "RECEIVE" menu, turn the [MULTI] knob
to move to [4. STC RANGE]. Press the [MULTI]
knob to display the menu for entering values.
The initial setting is set to 160. This differs from
the fish image settings.
The setting range of the value is between 0 and
1000 m and can be changed in steps of 1 m.

5.2.4.3.4 Range of the Time Varied Gain

This is a menu item that sets the distance of the TVG (MID) and (FAR) changeover points.

Operating Procedure

In the "RECEIVE" menu, turn the [MULTI] knob
to move to [4. TVG RANGE]. Press the [MULTI]
knob to display the menu for entering values.
The initial setting is set to 320. This differs from
the fish image settings.
The setting range of the value is between 0 and
1000 m and can be changed in steps of 1 m.
