
STEP 2
Disassemble the fuel cap and connect the 150mm
fuel tubing as shown, place the 60mm fuel tubing on the
other side of the cap as shown. Finally put the filter on the
end of the 150mm fuel tube as shown.
STEP 3
Re-assemble the cap as shown
STEP 4
Insert the filler tube to the
r
ecoil tubing.
If you find it difficult to insert, we recommend
softening the tube by immersing the end of
the tube in boiling hot water for 20-30
seconds to help.
STEP 5
Insert the other end of the recoil tubing
into the pump along with the 100mm fuel
tubing.
STEP 6
Assemble the
p
ump to the mounting plates
as shown using the two cable ties.

STEP 7
Place the fuel pump bracket over the neck of the
fuel can and screw the fuel cap on.
ATTENTION
: Please ensure the seal is in place
between the cap and the neck.
Once in place attach the 100mm fuel tube from the
pump to the other nipple on the fuel cap.
STEP 8
When the pump is not in use always connect
the recoil tubing back to the vent pipe as
shown to stop any fumes or leaking.
When
filling always make sure the vent pipe is left
to vent so as not to cause a vacuum.
Always connect as shown when not in use.
