"SAUTE" button on the handle again; the
indicator will change from green to red.
(Note: red light means standby mode) Now

SMOOTH FUNCTION
1. Open the Upper cover.
(Note: be careful not to touch the serrated
blade in the cover to avoid scratching)
2. Add the ingredients you need into the
container, close the cover, and the function
menu will flash in turn.
3. Press the "MODE" button on the operation interface above the cover, select
the "SMOOTH" program (the screen will display "21

"), and then press
"START/CANCEL", thereby starting the "SMOOTH" function.

Quick Guide of saute
1. Open the Upper cover.

2. Plug in the handle, and the button indicator on
the handle will light up red.
(Note: the red light means product is in
standby mode)
3. Add a small amount of water and butter into
the container.
(Note: if there is butter in the container, it is
best to add a small amount of water as well,
so as to prevent the oil from burning at the
bottom of the container)
4. Press the "SAUTE" button on the handle, and
the indicator will change from red to green,
meaning the cooking function is now on, and
the container will start to heat up.
5. 30 seconds after pressing the button, add the
prepared ingredients into the container, and
fully mix them with a wooden spatula.
(Note: mixing the ingredients thoroughly will
prevent sticking or burning at the bottom of
the container)
