•Always remember that the appliance alteration is a violation of the legislation in force.
•Every appliance alteration cause the lapse of every kind of definite and/or implicit guarantee.
Cleaning and ordinary maintenance
A regularly cleaning guarantee the working order, the good functional and the long life of the appliance.
Particularly:
•Make sure that the appliance filters, situated in the hollow under the handle, is clean from impurities; wash
and dry it with care periodically.
•Avoid the sediment formation and that some dirt get into both the lodgings of the suction tube and the heartbeat
detector, and into the handle suction holes.
No other maintenance operations are requested.
Warning!
Before attempting any maintenance operation, always disconnect the appliance from the mains and disconnect
the heartbeat detector.
To clean the body of the appliance, simply use a soft dry or a moist cloth.
Do not use: alcohol, benzene, acetone, solvents, detergents, abrasive products, chlorinated substances, steel-
wools, steel or synthetics brushes, scrapers, etc.
Warning!
Do not immerse totally or partially the appliance and its parts into water or other liquid fluids or utilize water in
jets or any other origin and quantity.
Repair and special maintenance (Only for Italy)
The special maintenance and the repairs are very delicate operations, good experience is required and must be
effected from skilled workers and entrusted directly from the manufacturer.
In case of service necessity:
• The end user can contact directly and promptly to give indications on the number 199,151,136 authorized
repair center to open the practice of care.
• The retailer can start the standard of care Joycare requesting authorization to return by e-mail to: assistenza@
joycare.it
•Never use the appliance if it’s in full working order.
•Do not open the appliance body.
•Never attempt to replace and/or repair any parts of the appliance.
•Never try to solder and/or stick damaged parts.
Manufacturer guarantee
•This product is intended for household use only and not for professional use, it’s intended directly to the
customer, and is guaranteed 24 months from the purchase date.
•The guarantee assures the free replacement of parts damaged or not fair wear and tear caused by a checked
defect of planning, supply, construction and/or assembling to attribute to the manufacturer.
•For repairs caused by a defect in workmanship, the charges for the labour are at manufacturer’s care, within
the limits to interventions of technical personnel entrusted by the manufacturer, in application of this guarantee.
• All the forwards for the dispatch and the restoration of the appliance to repair, are made free during the
