Maintenance
Remember to clean jouz regularly. You can use either the
cleaning brush or the cleaning stick, or one after the other.
Clean with Cleaning Tools
Note:
• Make sure your jouz is turned off, cooled down, and dry
before cleaning.
• Always remove the cap before cleaning.
• After cleaning, insert the cap back into the holder and
gently press down into place.
A: Clean jouz with the cleaning brush
Be sure to wash the cleaning brush periodically and
then dry it completely.

Sometimes a part of a heat-not-burn tobacco stick will
remain stuck in the cap. To remove it, pull out the cleaning
hook from the cleaning brush. Insert the cleaning hook into
the cap, then clean using a twisting, up-and-down motion.
