For 250w models the throttle/walk mode is operated by tapping the (-) button on the + - control unit (left hand side of
handlebars) until the person walking next to a bike image is displayed , as seen in

. Once that mode is engaged,
keep the (-) button held down in order to activate the throttle/walk mode, if you release the pressure on the (-) button the
throttle/walk mode will stop.
For 500w models you control the throttle/walk mode by pushing the throttle lever using your
thumb, the harder you press the throttle the more assist you will get, release the pressure from throttle and the trike will
slow down and eventually stop.
