Assembly Instructions:
(Picture may vary from actual unit.)
1.
Install the plastic U-channel brackets on the sides (B & C) and dividers (A).
a.
Make sure the arrow in the u-channel bracket will point towards the top of the unit.
On the dividers (A), the bracket arrows on both sides should point to the same end of the part.
On the sides (B & C), the arrows need to point to the end with only the four predrilled holes for
the top.
b.
Insert the ½" thick tapping block into the u-channel bracket.
c.
Align the pegs in the u-channel brackets with the holes in the part and use a soft-faced mallet to
tap the brackets into the part.
2.
Insert and tighten the sixteen cam-lock bolts into the predrilled holes in the surfaces of the top (D)
and bottom (E) by using a medium Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Align the dowels on the rails (F) with the predrilled holes in the bottom (E) and tap the base rails (F)
into place using a soft-faced mallet.
4.
Attach the dividers (A) to the bottom (E) by inserting the cam-lock bolts into the cam-locks of the
dividers. (
NOTE:
Again U-channel arrows need to be pointing upwards.) With a medium Phillips
screwdriver turn the center of the cam-lock clockwise to lock the divider to the bottom.
5.
Align the dowels on the bottom (E) and rails (F) with the holes in the left side (B) and tap the side on
using a soft-faced mallet. Secure the side to the bottom with two 2” decorative screws using the
provided 4mm hex-wrench.
6.
Attach the top (D) to the left side (B) with two 2” decorative screws using the provided 4mm hex-
wrench; also tighten all the cam-locks to secure the top (D) to the dividers (A) using a medium Phillips
screwdriver.
7.
Slide the back sections (G) and plastic moldings into the grooves in the top (D), bottom (E), and left
side (B). Slide one plastic molding in between each of the back sections. (
NOTE:
Pay attention to the
hole locations in the back sections (G). The holes in the end back sections must line up with the back
edge of dividers (A). The holes in the middle back sections should line up with the shelves once the
shelves are inserted.)
8.
Align the dowels in the top (D), bottom (E), and rails (F) with the holes in the right side (C) and tap it
on using a soft-faced mallet. Secure the side using four 2” decorative screws and the 4mm hex-
wrench.
9.
In the back of the unit, insert one #6 x 5/8” truss-head screw through each predrilled holes of the end
back panels and into the dividers (A) and tighten using a medium Phillips screwdriver. (The middle
back sections do not require screws.)
