CAP.05 DESCRIPTION
05.1 PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Jolly-Mec products are the result of over forty years experience in the wooden
biomass combustion sector; they are designed and engineered to meet the
increasing demands of today’s markets with high performance levels and
savings enveloped in a modern design .
The fireplaces AERJOLLY 80 EVO 15 and AERJOLLY 80 EVO 12 are
monoblock wood burning with intermittent kind of combustible charging
modality;insert devices approved to EN13229 Standard requirements.
The fireplaces are produced at high performances and are made of a double
wall steel exchanger. They are available in versions with natural convection
heating system or with forced air (with an optional ventilation kit).
The forced air version, thanks to a fan, allows to heat the air with the
possibility to distribute it into many rooms. The radiation version does not
require the fan and allows to heat the environment naturally.
They feature the possibility of suctioning combustion air from both outside
and inside the home if there is no possibility of an alternative installation. The
accurate design and engineering of the device has reduced the installation
masonry work to a bare minimum.
The fireplaces are characterized by a combustion chamber in refractory
material that not only improve the aesthetic aspect, but also guarantee the
temperature of the chamber reducing polluting emissions. The ventilation
KIT allow the transfer of warm air in different rooms thank to an appropriate
canalization. This KIT is equipped with an electronic control unit, to control the ventilator in manual or automatic mode, according to
the different temperature of the probe on the equipment. It is possible to heat the room where the fireplace is installed by making
some openings on the claddings.
The fireplaces are equipped with a ceramic glass door with vertical sliding and with the possibility of hinged opening.
Combustion has been optimised to guarantee consistent reloading (about 50 min).
To prevent fumes from escaping during the reload phases, the device features a system which, when the door opens, opens a
preferential route for the combustion fumes increasing the draught.
