WARNINGS
Joita’s Griller is not intended for commercial use.
You must read this
OWNER’S MANUAL before operating your gas Griller.
Read these instructions for use carefully, so as to familiarize yourself with this appliance before
connecting it to a gas supplier.
Use L.P. Gas only.
Remove grill from packaging and make sure to remove all wrapping materials and protective
film before lighting the griller.
Place griller on a nonflammable and level surface safe to operate.
Pour water into grease tray before operation, and keep bottom of tray covered with water during
cooking.
Never cover the Griller or put any object on top during operation or while is hot.
Keep these instructions for future reference.

may result in serious bodily injury or death, or in a fire or an explosion causing damage to
property.
This barbecue should only be used out in a well-ventilated area.
Do not use in a garage, shed, hut or any other enclosed area.
Do not try to light the Joita’s gas griller before reading the operating instructions in this manual.
Check for leaks carefully with soupy water prior to grill operation. (Do this even if griller was
dealer-assembled.)
This appliance must be fitted with a regulator complying with the requirements of SANS
1237:2012.
Check the drip tray and the bottom of the grill for grease build-up before each use. Remove
excess grease to avoid a fire in the bottom of the grill, slide-out bottom tray remove excess
grease.
In the event of a burn-back or irregular burning immediately turn to the off position the control
valves and the gas bottle.
The entire cooking box gets hot when in use.
Any Modifications to this grill may be dangerous
Do not put a grill cover or anything flammable on or in the storage area under the grill.
After a period of storage and/or non-
use, the Joita’s gas grill should be checked for gas leaks
and burner obstructions before use.
Do not use a flame to check for gas leaks.
Do not operate your Joita’s gas grill if there are any leaking gas connections.
