5.1.2.2 SMS Center Number
SMS Center Number(Primary SMS number) is used for getting the
alert message/position data/reply
message
by SMS.
The difference between SMS center Number and VIP number is that SMS Center Number can get location
data.
Note:
1) If the working mode is GPRS mode(standby/timing/vibration), SMS center number only be used for sending
short message command and receiving the reply of short message command .
2) If the working mode is SMS mode(standby/timing/vibration), SMS center number is used for getting the
position data/alert message/reply message.
5.1.2.3 VIP Numbers
VIP number is used to get
the alert message /reply message
from JT600.
