tically. Through the glass door you can
check the correct cooking progress.
With large pieces of food, it may be useful
to change the position of the food in the
pan during cooking, so that the food co-
oks even more evenly.
ATTENTION:
the temperature and cooking times may
vary according to the recipes, the quality
and quantity of the ingredients used. Ope-
ning the door during cooking leads to a si-
gnificant slowdown in the cooking process
by increasing the time.

If you want to operate the appliance for an
indefinite time, turn the “TIMER” knob (E)
anticlockwise until the notch goes beyond
“0” and reaches “NON STOP”

it with the butterfly screw (X). Insert the
food to be cooked on the rod (V) by in-
serting it on the fork (W). Add the second
fork (W) and stick it into the food. With its
butterfly screw (X) Block everything. With
the oven off and cold, open the glass door
(C) and place the rotisserie with the food
inside, inserting the tip of the rod (V1) into
the hole (N) and rest the other end (V2)
on the support (P). Close the glass door
(C), set the time by turning the selector (E)

To avoid burns, remove the rotisserie (V)
using the appropriate accessory (Z), while
to remove the tray (T) and the grill (L) use
the accessory (M). It is recommended to
protect yourself with oven gloves.
The rotisserie forks are relatively sharp
due to the essential requirements, so pay
special attention during use. When coo-
ked, the temperature of the accessories is
very high, do not touch directly to avoid
burns. Store accessories properly and pre-
