weight-loss goals. Promote weight loss by increasing and decreasing the resistance, while keeping
you in your fat burning zone. Resistance changes, segments repeat every 60 seconds.
5) Hill Climb:
Simulates a hill ascent and descent. This program helps tone muscle and
improve cardiovascular ability. Incline and resistance change and segments repeat every 60
seconds.
