Press the MODE button again to set the “maximum” temperature. The TEMP and SET lights
should illuminate also. Use the left and right arrows to decrease or increase the setting for your
product.

Press the MODE button again to set the countdown timer. The SET and TIME lights should
illuminate. Use the left and right arrows to decrease or increase the setting for your product.
7.
Press the MODE button one more time to save the settings.
8.
Place your item in the press and press the green start button on the front to begin the heating
cycle. The press should climb up to the “maximum” temperature, then the timer should start
counting down and peep when it’s done.
9.
Open the press and press the green start button 3 times to stop the peeping and get the press
ready for the next mug.

Check our website for the mug press setting for your specific product. Enter the part number in the
search bar and select the TECH DOCS/DOWNLOADS tab at the bottom.
Troubleshooting
•
A constant beep sounds as soon as the power is turned on.
o
Turn the power off and check that the heating element plug is plugged into the front socket of
the control box.
o
Ensure that the heating element plug is inserted fully into the front socket of the control box and
the locking ring is screwed in all the way.
•
There is a constant beep sound with an error code on the display of the mug press control box.
o
Turn the power off and check that the heating element plug is plugged into the front socket of
the control box.
o
Ensure that the heating element plug is inserted fully into the front socket of the control box and
the locking ring is screwed in all the way.
o
The power supplied to the control box may not be grounded.
o
The control box may be faulty and need replaced.
