All zones defined as Fire must be wired according to the following diagram:

Note:
Smoke detectors must be latching type. To reset a smoke detector, enter [*][7][2].

Fire zone wiring - 2-wire smoke detectors
If PGM 2 is programmed for 2-wire smoke detector connection, the detectors must be wired according to the following diagram:

Additional 2 wire smoke detectors must be connected in parallel as shown above. The maximum number of smoke detectors
on a 2 wire loop is 18.
Note:
Do not combine smoke detector models from different manufacturers on the same circuit. Operation may be impaired. Refer to
the smoke detector installation sheet when positioning detectors.
