Short Circuit Ratings
The VFD68 drives meet the requirements for their respective rating categories (Table 18).
High-Voltage Wire Size and Maximum Wire Length
Use UL Listed copper stranded wire with insulation rated at 75°C (167°F) for wiring the high-voltage supply to
the drive (R/L1, S/L2, T/L3) and wiring the high-voltage drive output (U, V, W) to the motor.
Selecting the Correct VFD68 Drive for Your Fan Motor
1.
Determine the maximum current consumption from the motor ratings label.
2.
Select the appropriate table for your motor’s current type.

For 230 VAC motors, see Table 19.
•
For 460 VAC motors, see Table 20.
•
For 575 VAC motors, see Table 21.
