Wiring
Zero-point adjustment
1)
Loose both tubes from the pressure and -
2)
Push zero button > 4 seconds until the red led turns ON.
3)
Wait until LED turns off and then install tubes again to the pressure inlets.
It is recommended to adjust the zero point every 12 months during normal operation.
* If the transmitter is equipped with automatic zero element the manual push button adjustment is not
required.
Optional auto zero element
Optional auto zero element makes the DP transmitter maintenance free for periodical push button
zeroing. Element automatically adjusts the transmitters zero point from time to time, this eliminates the
zero point long term drift of the piezoresistive sensing element.
Zero point adjustment is carried out every 10 minutes. During zero point adjustment the output and display
values will freeze to the latest measured value. The automatic zero point adjustment takes 4 seconds.
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock and Property Damage.
Disconnect each of multiple power supplies before making electrical connections. More than one
disconnect may be required to completely de-energize equipment. Contact with components
carrying hazardous voltage can cause electric shock and may result in severe personal injury or
death.
WARNING: Use this sensor only as an operating control.
Where failure or malfunction could lead to personal injury or damage to the controlled equipment
or other property, additional precautions must be designed into the control system. Incorporate
and maintain other devices such as supervisory or alarm systems or safety or limit controls that
are intended to warn of, or protect against, failure or malfunction of the sensor.
IMPORTANT:
Supply voltage must be connected one hour before the 0-point adjustment
is carried out.
