1. Before filling make sure the tank has no defects in the structure or equipment.
2. Fill the tank slowly to prevent splashing fluid.
3. When filling this tank, do not fill beyond 95% of capacity (approximately 9.5 gallons) to allow for
expansion and to alleviate spills or vapors emitting into the atmosphere.
Before assembly, ensure you have all parts according to the contents list below. If any
parts are missing or damaged, contact us for replacement.

Securing and Transporting Filled Auxiliary Tank
1. The DEF Tank must be fully recessed into the JDI-AFT106 Diesel Tank before transporting
to avoid movement.
2. Make sure the lowest cylinder bottom fits into the diesel cylinder space.
3. DO NOT place the tank inside a trunk or passenger compartment.
