Measure the lengths of pole
Straight lengths over 1.2m will require a support or end bracket.
Should you wish to dress your curtains outside of the bay recess, this is possible by reverse
bending the corner joint. You will need to add x+y into your pole calculations. The minimum
length for x or y is 10cm.
Calculate the position of the passing brackets at w and z by laying the bay pole parts out on the
floor of your bay window, ensuring that the centre of the pole is 10cm from the wall.
DO NOT CUT THE POLES!
The passing brackets should support the joint between the bend and the pole.
Dimension z should be a minimum of 8cm.
Mark the positions of the brackets on the wall using the diagram below as a guide.
