HOW TO USE THE MIXER
1. To assemble, insert the end of beaters or dough hooks into the openings.
(Fig1)
2. Press it until they lock securely in place. NOTE: It is important that you
insert the beater and dough hook with finger ring into the biggest opening
the beater and dough hook with a pair of ears into the small opening.

3. Put the ingredients into a bowl.
4. Lower the beaters or dough hooks into the ingredients. (Fig3)
5. Plug in and switch the mixer on and choose the desired speed. (Fig4)
6. If the speed is selected between “1-4“ and you need eventualy more
speed, please press turbo knob. (Fig5)
7. After use unplug the unit first. Depress ejector knob (B) to release the
beaters or dough hooks.(Fig6)

FOLD
This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as
flour, buter and potatoes.

BLEND
Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings

MIX
For mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads.

CREAM
For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy,
desserts, etc.

WHIP
For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping
cream, etc
