1. Press the power switch, the indicator light is on.
2. Wavelength selection: press the "R" key once, the LED power indicator will display green, and the blue light
will be all on; press the "R" key twice, the infrared and red lights will all light up; press the "R" key three times,
the blue light, red light/infrared light turns on alternately; press the "R" key 4 times, all the LED lights are off.
3. Temperature selection: the default temperature is 39°C±2, press the “°C” button once, the LED power indicator
will display blue, and the product heating temperature is 43°C±2; press the “°C” button twice, the LED power
indicator display red, the product heating temperature is 47℃±2;
4. Pulse selection: Press the "R" key to set the wavelength mode, and then press the "P" key to start the
corresponding wavelength pulse mode;
5. Timing selection: press the timing button, press "Ⅰ" for 10 minutes, the 10min indicator light is on, "Ⅱ" is set for
20 minutes, the 20min indicator light is on, press "Ⅲ" for 30 minutes, the 30min indicator light is on, the timer
defaults to start for 30 minutes. Timing setting includes blue light, red light, infrared light, temperature, pulse all
mode. And product will auto shut off when the time is up.
