Once the Stealthbox
®
is in the mounting location, press
down on it firmly.
Remove the Stealthbox
®
carefully, leaving the wax squares
in place. The bolt assemblies will leave impressions in the
wax squares.

Position the Stealthbox
®
in the mounting location.
The rear of the Stealthbox® should fit flush against the rear
wall.
S T E P 5
Place the two supplied spacers onto each of the supplied
pair of Hex Head Bolts. Thread the assembly into the bottom
side of the Stealthbox®.
S T E P 4
With both rear seats in the down position. Place both
supplied wax squares into position.
Passenger side wax square: Place the left edge of the wax
square against the passenger’s side rear seat. Place the front
edge of the wax to the front edge of the bulkhead.
Driver’s side wax square: Place the right edge of the wax
square against the driver’s side rear seat. Place the front
edge of the wax square to the front edge of the bulkhead.

Place a supplied lock washer and then flat washer onto each
of the two supplied hex head bolts.
The illustration shows the final assembly.

Place the Stealthbox
®
into the mounting position.
With a bolt assembly in hand, reach through the jack
opening referenced in
Step 1
through
Step 3
. Guide the
bolt assembly up and through the passenger’s side mounting
hole made in
Step 8
. Thread it through two of the supplied
spacers into the Stealthbox
®
and tighten by hand.
S T E P 8
Remove both bolt assemblies from the Stealthbox
®.
Attach the speaker wire to the terminal of the Stealthbox®
and double-check the woofer for proper operation.
With a drill and a 3/8-inch drill bit, drill through the
impression made in each wax square and into the raised
portion of the vehicle’s metal floor. Remove the wax squares
and cut the carpet from the area around the drilled hole.
Note: Before drilling, make sure that you are not going
to be drilling into any gas lines, brake lines, transmission
lines, electrical wiring, transfer case (4x4 vehicles)
or anything else that might cause a reduction in your
weekly pay. Always wear eye protection when drilling!
