Cleaning
* Clean CDs with a soft cloth.
* Clean CDs from the center to the edge.
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
POWER : Turn on the unit if connected to mains power supply and in standby mode. Press again
to turn the unit off (standby), the STAND-BY indicator (9) lights up.
VOLUME UP /DN : Press VOLUME UP to increase the volume, press VOLUME DN to decrease the
volume.
PLAY/PAUSE : Corresponds with (33) on the front panel for CD playback and pause.
STOP : Corresponds with (32) on the front panel for CD Stop.
SKIP/SEARCH : Corresponds with (37) and (38) on the front panel for Skip+/- and
Search.
+10 : Press +10 to skip 10 tracks ahead.
PROGRAM : Corresponds with PROG. (40) on the front panel for programming your own sequence
(up to 20 tracks).
MODE : Press repeatedly to cycle through the playback modes: Repeat one track (REPT.1)
Repeat disc (REPT. ALL) Intro playback 10 seconds (INT.) Random playback
(RAN.).
1. In stop mode press PROG. (40) to access program mode. P01 and PROG. are displayed.
2. Select the desired track number with (37) or (38).
3. Press PROG. to confirm and enter the next track.
4. Up to 20 tracks can be programmed in the desired sequence.
5. Press CD (32) to delete the programmed tracks.
6. Opening the CD door or turning the unit off also deletes the program.
7. Press CD (33) to start playback of your program, the display shows the corresponding track
number, PROG. and .
8. After playing all tracks the CD player stops and PROG. is deleted in the display.
9. Press CD (32) once to end program playback.
INTRO PLAYBACK
1. In stop mode press MODE (39) three times.
2. The display shows INT. Now press CD (33) to play the first 10 seconds of each track, starting
with track 1.
RANDOM PLAYBACK
1. In stop mode press MODE (39) four times.
2. The display shows RAN. Now press CD (33) to play all tracks on the CD in random order.
REPEAT ONE TRACK
1. In stop mode press MODE (39) once.
2. REPT.1 is displayed. Now press CD (33) for playback or (37) or (38) to select a
track. The selected track is now constantly repeated.
3. Press CD (32) or MODE (39) to stop the repeat function and return to normal playback mode.
REPEAT ALL TRACKS
1. In stop mode press MODE (39) twice.
2. REPT. ALL is displayed. Now press CD (33) for playback. The CD is now constantly repeated.
3. Press CD (32) or MODE (39) to stop the repeat function and return to normal playback mode.

Handling of CDs
* Remove the CD from its cover.
* Do not touch the surfaces.
* Do not attach stickers to CDs and do not write on them.
* Do not bend CDs.
Storage
* Always store CDs in their cover.
* Do not subject discs to direct sunlight, dirty, dusty and damp areas or car heaters..
