3 Operation
Read carefully the information relating to safety before carrying out
measurements. Check the device to detect any damage, contamination
(excessive dust, grease, etc.) and possible defects. Examine the test cords
to check if the insulation is not damaged or the wires are not cut off or
shredded. If abnormal conditions are detected, do not perform the
measurement.
