A-10 Thunderbolt II

Use balsa blocks to reinforce the 
joint top and bottom, using epoxy to 
the ply, and hot melt to the EDF 
unit.

Twin EDF only

Non 3D printed

Cut the EDF motor spar out of 3mm 
lite ply.

Use the jig to position the EDF 
units at the correct vertical position 
and angle.

Hold the EDF units in place using 
hot-melt glue.
