4. POSITION THE FENDER BEHIND THE FRONT FORK SUCH THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
·
THE HOLE IN THE FENDER TAB IS ALIGNED WITH THE HOLE ON THE BACKSIDE OF THE FORK FROM WHICH YOU JUST
REMOVED THE HARDWARE.
·
THE CURVE IN THE FENDER ALIGNS WITH THE CURVE OF THE WHEEL.
·
THE BACK OF THE FENDER, TO WHICH THE FENDER BRACES ARE ATTACHED, IS AT THE REAR OF THE WHEEL.
·
THERE IS ONE FENDER BRACE ON EACH SIDE OF THE WHEEL.
·
THE FENDER BRACES ARE ANGLED TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE BIKE.
5. SLIDE A WASHER ONTO THE BOLT.
6. SLIDE THE BOLT THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE FRONT FORK AND THEN THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE FENDER TAB ON THE
REAR SIDE OF THE FORK.
7. SLIDE THE OTHER WASHER ONTO THE END OF THE BOLT, AND THEN TWIST THE NUT ONTO THE END OF THE BOLT BY
FINGER-TURNING IT CLOCKWISE. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE BOLT INTO THE NUT.
