To assemble the Handlebar, first place the Handlebar at the top of the

Stem. Align the markings on the Handlebar to those at the top of the

Stem so that the Handlebar is centered. Cover the Handlebar with the

Cover Plate.

Align the holes in the Cover Plate with the holes at the top of the Stem.

Run a bolt through the top of each hole and tighten using a lock nut.
