TROUBLESHOOTING:
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Product does not run.
Undercharged battery.
Charge the battery. A new battery
should be charged for at least 12
hours before its first use, and up to
7 hours after each subsequent use.
Check all connectors. Make sure
the charger connector is tightly
plugged into the charging port,
and the charger is plugged into the
wall.
Short run time (less than
15 minutes per charge).
Undercharged battery.
Charge the battery, and make
sure that all connectors are tightly
plugged in while charging.
Brakes are not properly
adjusted.
Adjust the brake cable.
Product suddenly
stopped working while
in use.
Loose wire or connectors.
Check all wires and connectors to
make sure they are tight.
Motor or electrical switch
damage.

Product runs sluggishly.
Riding conditions are too
stressful.
Ride only on solid, flat, clean, and
dry surfaces such as pavement or
level ground.
Product is overloaded.
Make sure you don’t overload
the product by having more than
one rider on at a time, exceeding
the maximum weight, going up
too steep a hill, or towing objects
behind the product.
Product only starts up
some of the times.
Loose wires or connectors.
Check all wires around the motors
and all connectors to make sure
they are tight.
Motor or electrical switch
damage.

noises or grinding

Chain is too dry. Apply a lubricant to the chain.
