Check whether the mobile phone is switched on
and connected to the network.

Please confirm whether it is due to debt and be
barred.

Check whether the SIM card is valid.

Check whether the call restriction function is
enabled.
The other party cannot hear you

Check whether the microphone is enabled.

Keep the microphone at the bottom of the mobile
phone close to your mouth.
Short standby duration

The standby duration is related to the network
situation. In an area with weak signals, if the
mobile phone fails to receive signals, it sends
signals continuously to search for BTSs, which
consumes a large amount of battery capacity and
makes the standby duration short. In this case,
move to a location with strong signals or power off
the mobile phone temporarily.
