Place new blade and make sure the
teeth are pointing the cutting direction
(Fig 6).

Turn the blade tension knob (N) until
the proper blade tension is achieved.
Note:
If the tension is too high, the blade
tends to escape form the guide.
Install the wheel cover.
Warning:
It is essential that the wheel cover
is installed after the new blade has
been fitted. Failure to comply may
cause serious injury!
Connect to the power source.
Note:
A carefully run in blade lasts longer
and gives better performance.
Let the new blade run idle for about 2
minutes and perform the first cuts with
moderate feed pressure.
7.2 Blade guides adjustment
Loosen the indexable knob (R, Fig 4)
and slide blade guide assembly as
close as possible without interfering
the material being cut.
Tighten knob.
7.3 Guide bearing adjustment
Disconnect the machine from the
power source.
Loosen nut (T, Fig 7) and turn
eccentric shaft (S) to adjust bearing to
a clearance of 0,05mm. Tighten nut to
lock.

7.4 Miter angle adjustment
The machine body can be adjusted for
square and mitre cuts.
Loosen the indexable knob (I, Fig 8)
and adjust the mitre angle according
to scale (M).

8. Maintenance and inspection
General notes:
Maintenance, cleaning and repair
work may only be carried out after
the machine is protected against
accidental starting by pulling the
mains plug.
Repair and maintenance work on the
electrical system may only be carried
out by a qualified electrician.
Clean the machine regularly.
Do not use jets of compressed air.
Only use sharp and properly set saw
blades.
Replace a defective sawblade
immediately.
Regularly lubricate the vice lead screw
with grease.
All protective and safety devices must
be re-attached immediately after
completed cleaning, repair and
maintenance work.
Defective safety devices must be
replaced immediately.

Motor doesn’t start

Wait for automatic reset.
Machine vibrates excessively
