DANGER
Risk of injury and device damage when handled by unauthorized persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and damage to the
device. The product warranty will be rendered invalid if work is carried out on the product by
unauthorized persons.
• Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.

Porous weld seam • Surface of workpiece is soiled
(dye, rust, oil, grease)
• Clean the surface
• No shielding gas
(solenoid valve does not open)
• Inspect/replace the solenoid valve
• Insufficient shielding gas • Check the shielding gas volume with the
pressure reducer
• Use a gas measuring tube to check the gas
duct for gas loss
Error code E02, E14, E17 • Device overheating • Allow the device to cool with the fan
running
Error code E06 • Undervoltage • Check the mains voltage
Error code E12 • No arc • Check the torch/torch components
