Self Diagnosis
Displays the system abnormality.
RT:
Indicates, when lit, that the pressure in the vacuum
reservoir is higher than the specified value.
AIR:
Indicates, when lit, that the compressed air pressure is
lower than the specified value.
DP:
Indicates, when lit, that the heater in the DP (oil diffu-
sion pump) is broken.
WATER:
Indicates, when lit, that the water flow late in the DP is
lower than the specified value.
PIG:
Indicates, when lit, that the Pirani gauge head is broken.
TMP:
Indicates, that the TMP (turbo-molecular pump, optional
attachment) function is abnormal.
RESET:
Used to reset the warning circuit.
