RECOMMENDED USAGE
This welder can be used to weld stainless steel, alloy
steel, carbon steel, copper and other metals. It is also
suited to use in high altitudes, and in the open air.
DUTY CYCLE
The duty cycle is the proportion (percentage) of
time that the welder can work continuously within a
10 minute period at the rated welding current. For
example, 60% = 6 minutes constant welding every ten
minutes.
OVER-HEATING
In the event of over-heating, the IGBT protection unit will send an instruction to cut-off the welding current. An over-heating state will be
indicated by the alarm light on the control panel on the front of the welder. Allow the welder to cool for 10 minutes and reduce the welding
output current before starting the welding process again (or else reduce the duty cycle).
