SWITCHING BETWEEN STEREO AND MONO
The
MODEL 525
can be used singly as a stereo ampli
fi
er or in tandem as a mono ampli
fi
er. The
toggle switch to move between
STEREO MODE
and
BRIDGE MODE
is located inside the chassis
requiring the removal of the bottom cover.
1. Turn
MODEL 525
chassis upside-down on a soft non-abrasive surface.
2. Remove all 12 screws attaching the bottom cover to chassis. Set bottom cover
and screws aside.
3. Release blue ribbon cable from green circuit board with thumbs . (Figure 6)
4. Bend blue ribbon cable backwards to reveal SW1 dip switch. (Figure 7)
5. For
BRIDGE MODE
move switch to position B. (Figure 8)
6. For
STEREO MODE
move switch to position A. (Figure 9)
7. Return blue ribbon cable to original position and lock in place. (Figure 6)
8. Reattach bottom cover.
