Contraindications / Risks of use / The
product cannot be used
The Turn All
®
system cannot be used for
patients with:
• Unstable fractures
• Severe burn injuries
• Equilibrium Disorders
• Underlying neurological conditions that
lead to anxiety behaviour in patients
Allowed uses / locations
The Turn All
®
system is designed to be used
on standard care beds with a removable
mattress.
The Turn All
®
system is safe to be used,
by the same patient, for an extended period
of time.
The Turn All
®
system is an aid for the
prevention of pressure injuries, as well as
being an auxiliary therapy for patients with
pre-existing pressure injuries.
Even with the use of the Turn All
®
system,
the patient’s skin should be examined
regularly by caregivers and / or qualified
medical personnel with knowledge of
pressure injuries
Note! Any compensation claims, for
damages incurred by the improper
or inappropriate use of the Turn All
System, will be the sole responsibility of
the operator of the equipment, not the
manufacturer.
