Operating instructions
Switch on unit by pressing ON button
To zero unit press ZERO button
To switch off unit, press and hold ZERO button
To change batteries, unclip the plastic cover on the back of the handset, remove old batteries and
replace with new 1.5V cells (care being taken on po and –
shown on holder case
To change unit type
To change the unit type, (have the handset already on)
Press the (PAGE) button
Handset will read (UNITS)
Now press the (ON) button
Handset will now read a (UNIT TYPE)
Press the (PAGE) button until, you have the unit type that you require.
Now press the (ON) button to accept, and handset will go back to reading in unit type that you
requested.
Peak hold
To use Peak hold,
Press the (PAGE) button 5 times, unit will display Peak hold, press enter key unit will; show off,
press (PAGE) button unit will show on, press enter the display is now in peak hold, unit
will stay in peak hold until it is switched off by going through set up again.
