Reading a Serial Number
To read a Serial Number written in EEPROM, pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Select

EEPROM Serial No. Read (R)
” (Figure 6-

) from the Pull Down Menu from the VEGA
Calibration Program Tool Bar Menu Selection.
2. When the VEGA completely sent the Serial Num-
ber to the PC, the “
read complete
” Dialog Win-
dow appears (Figure 6-73). Click on the “
OK
”

) to accept the read
state reported.
Reading ccTalk Encryption Code
To read the ccTalk Encryption Code, proceed as
follows:
1. Select

EEPROM ccTalk Encryption Code Read
(E)

Menu Selection.
2. When the VEGA completely sent the ccTalk
Encryption Code to the PC, the “
