the meaning. Proper interpretation of the symbols will allow better and safer opera-
tion of the tool.
Indicates danger, warning or caution. It means “Attention! Your safety is
involved.”
Read the operation manual and follow all warnings and safety
instructions.
Wear eye and ear and head protection.
Keep all bystanders, especially children and pets, at least 15 m from the
operating area.
Danger of ricochet.
Do not install blade on this unit.
Rotational direction and maximum speed of the shaft for the cutting
attachment.
Wear non-slip safety footwear.
Wear non-slip heavy-duty gloves.
Do not smoke when mixing fuel or filling fuel tank.
Use unleaded petrol intended for motor vehicle use with an octane rating
of 91 ([R+M]/2) or higher.
Use synthetic 2-stroke oil for air cooled engines.
