Important :
• Not exceed the tolerance of the jack.
• Never move the jack while it is loading.
• Sometimes during shipping and maneuvered, can trap air in the hydraulic system, causing failu-
res or difficulties with elevation.
SOME TROUBLES CAUSE REMEDY
The jack cannot lift
lower completely
• Air in the hydraulic system
• Release valve stuck
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system
• Transfer the load and clean valve
The jack does not
support the weight
• Release valve is not closed • Close tightly release valve
The jack cannot rise
to its full height
• Low oil level
• Air in the hydraulic system
• Fill the recommended range
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system
Jack lift not smoothly • Air in the hydraulic system
• Oil contaminated
• Release valve is not closed
• Bleed air from the hydraulic system
• Change oil. Use good quality oil for
hydraulic jacks
• Close the valve tightly
The cat does not lift
the load
• Overweight
• Open the release valve
• Low oil level
• Decrease the weight or find a jack with
major capacity
• Tighten right turns
• Fill the recommended range

Replace : you must replace the oil at least once a year. To drain, remove the cap and release valve,
be careful not to allow dirt to pollute the system.
Rust prevention : clean and dry with an oily cloth piston of the cylinder and piston pump every three
months or when the rust or corrosion appears. When you do not need to use the jack, always leave
the mount and the pump piston fully into position down.
