Set Up Procedures, Continued
Changing the Die
1. From the Ready Screen, press the
Die Change
button to bring the die into the down position.
2. Open the rear access door. Loosen and remove the bolts securing the die into place. Insert the new die
and secure into place with the same bolts that were removed from the last die.
3. Press the
Start
button to initialize.

Operating Procedures
1. Press and hold the
Start
button. Machine will start cycling and
feeding paper.
2. Press the
Stop
button to stop feeding and check sets for proper
hole alignment.
3. To center set, use the registration knob (A) on the right side of
the machine to move the set in relation to the die.
4. Press and hold the
Start
button to resume feeding.
