CSR245 and CSR470 are designed to be used
in automatic soldering processes. Two pairs of
grippers can be used to hold the cartridges while
they are not in use.

They can work in combination with JBC Automatic
Soldering Tools (

TRA245/TRA470

) and the

cartridges for automated processes (

R245

and

R470

Assembly

CSR245 and CSR470 need to be fixed to the robot work place area. Use a

DIN912 M6

screw and

the mounting hole as shown bellow.

The grippers must be connected to an air-circuit, by using the tube connections

and

actuated.
