In order to avoid a hazard, the unit shall only be used with the AC-adaptor delivered with it. If the AC-
adaptor is damaged, a same model adaptor shall be used only.
Don’t connect the unit to any dimmer pack.
Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the unit.
Important:
Never look directly into the light source! Don’t use the effect in the presence of persons suffering
from epilepsy.
DESCRIPTION:
1. POWER ADAPTER:
just connect the 24Vdc output to the LED strips, using the LED power cable (4).
2. LED STRIPS:
6 lengths, each measuring 50cm are included. Using MIDDLE CONNECTORS (3) you
can easily plug the strips together, up to the desired maximum length.
Hint:
Theoretically you can extend the LED strip up to 9m with the supplied power adapter. So you could
buy an extra 5m reel (“FL30-WW-3528-5M” , order code: 5353) to increase the total length of the line.
3. MIDDLE CONNECTORS:
needed to plug the strips and cables together.
4. LED POWER CABLE:
should be connected to the first LED-strip in the row. Attention for the marking:
see next chapter.
INSTALLATION
Refer to the connection drawing in the previous chapter to put the different parts together.
A.
First check how long the LED-strip should be: you can extend the LED-strip up to 3m using the supplied
50cm lengths, or up to 9m with an extra 5m reel (see point 2 in the previous chapter). If the last strip is
too long, you can eventually cut it on one of the cutting lines, using scissors. Attention: only cutting on
the markings (every 16,6cm, see below) is permitted!

Plug the different strips together using the MIDDLE CONNECTORS(3): see the connection drawing.
C.
Thanks to the special self-adhesive 3M
®
-tape you can attach the LED-strips easily on different surfaces.
First make sure to clean the surface and remove any greasy substance! Remove the protection paper
from the tape and press the strips gently in place.
D.
Connect the LED strip to the output connector of the LED Power cable(4).
Attention:
see drawing, the small triangle on the connector should
correspond to the “+” marking on the LED strip.
E.
Connect the POWER ADAPTER(1) to the input of the LED Power cable(4).
F.
Connect the POWER ADAPTER TO THE MAINS outlet.
Important notice:
The LED strips are IP65 waterproof but the connection system is not! If you want to use
the LED strips outside, add extra protection to the connections: put a thermal gain over the connectors
and/or use translucent silicon (used for bathrooms) on the connectors to protect them from water.
