7.0 To edge with the blade in the vertical position. Stop the engine. Move
the front wheel back to the original position in the front bracket, enabling
the edged to ride 15cm curb. Move blade control lever to desired depth.
4.0 Maintenance
:
1.0 The engine oil should be changed once a year at minimum. Replace
the engine oil for every 100hr use of the engine.
2.0
Your JAYU edger was designed and manufactured to provide years of
trouble–free service with a minimum maintenance and adjustment.
The only maintenance required is the greasing of the fittings. It is
recommended these fittings be greased after every eight hours of
operation, or sooner if conditions are extremely dusty, wet or hot.
3.0
All nuts, bolts and screws should be tight before operation.
4.0
Before and maintenance or adjustments is performed, disconnect the
spark plug wire.

6.0If the
edger is not in use for a long time, follow the methods below:
1.
Clean the machine.
2.
Empty the fuel tank.
3.
Clean the blade.
4.
Grease the blades to prevent rust.
5.
Put the machine in safe and dry place.
6.
General machine inspection: Prior to each use of the machine, visually
inspect the entire machine thoroughly before starting the engine. If you see
any part or parts which may be worn or which may not be working properly,
do not operate the machine. Instead, immediately take the machine to your
nearest factory authorized JAYU dealer for necessary repairs and service.
