II. Assemble and Install Lower Frame:
1)
Assemble the lower H-Frame on the ground as shown.
2)
Using appropriate handling equipment, lift and place the H-Frame into the footings.
3)
After plumbing the uprights and leveling the crossbar, securely brace the H-Frame, primarily in the
front and back direction.
4)
Pour the concrete, using a minimum 4,000 psi mix.
5)
Allow concrete to cure for 48 hours, before installing the top upright.
NOTE: INSTALL CORNER CLAMPS
ONTO UPRIGHTS FIRST BUT DO
NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE
UNTIL CROSSBAR IS INSERTED.
